MACHINERY
In February 2007 KLM Joinery installed a Weeke CNC Machine (Computerised Routing Machine). This new machine has increased our production capacity, improved accuracy and gives us more flexibly with what we can manufacture.
In 2005 we also invested in a Brandt Edging machine also from Germany. This has enabled us to provide a top quality finish done in house for all PVC and timber edging 16mm, 18mm or 25mm thick board.
PRODUCT
All of our carcasses are manufactured from 16mm White Board with an MDF substrate or moisture resistant board where specified with a 2mm PVC edging. Adjustable feet and 16mm white board backs are standard for all of our joinery unless specified otherwise.
